International Pen Friends - School correspondence Service

This matching service is targeted to groups and is available to teachers, classes, youth, scouts, and all groups of young people
aged between 10 and 17 years. More than 70 thousand students has joined IPF in 192 countries worldwide.

Correspondence allows students to improve writing in a foreign language, to develop their existing hobbies, but also to acquire a
better understanding of subjects such as history, geography, travel, languages, literatures, arts. This will also provide the opportunity to discover other
cultures. And then the friendship which binds with the passage of time between correspondents, can be taken into account the possibility of making trade
during the holidays.

Each student receives a list with 4 names and addresses of contact persons of their age. The address of each student will also be provided to 10 other
students. This allows each person to get the corresponding number. Students can correspond in English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese,
Russian or Spanish. The corresponding lists are sent directly to the teacher who then distributes them to the students. This service is available at only 4
Euro per student (or 5 US Dollars or 3,5 GBP).

Teachers can participate in our services for adults (individual). Teachers who enroll a class entitled for a discount of 50% on the membership fee for adults.

How to enroll a classroom?

Just completing the application forms (class students and details) and send it to us with the payment. The prices are indicated on the application forms.
A minimum of 10 students is required to participate to this service.

How to pay the subscription's fee?

The price of the subscription fee is indicated on the application form and be paid in different ways:

1) On the Internet using PayPal to the Account: ipf@ipfeurope.com - Click here to pay with Paypal

2) Cash Notes (NOT COINS) in a registered letter hidden in a good way in some sheets, better if dark sheets and send it to our address.

3) Bank Transfer made payable to Banca Poste Italiane S.p.A. IBAN: IT48 W076 0103 4000 0009 7174 361 BIC/SWIFT: BPPIITRRXXX Account name: Andrea D’Ambra. (In this case please send us the receipt of the bank transfer enclosed with the application form. Thanks.)

4) International Postal Money Order (we cannot accept local US$, Canadian or British Money Orders), made payable to Andrea D'Ambra sending it to our address.

5) Western Union, you can pay but it's important that, in this case the western union payment have to be to the order of "ANDREA D'AMBRA"

How to send the application forms?

You can send the forms of your students by mail (the address is indicated on the form) or via on-line application form through our web site Please note that the enrollment of your students will be considered once we receive your payment.

For a more rapid treatment, especially if you pay online with Paypal, we recommend you send your forms on-line. This will prevent not only the timing of the Post but also the cost of shipping. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once we receive your forms. Moreover, the fact that the addresses of students are entered by the computer rather than handwritten will be for us very easy to read. If you type the addresses by hand you are grateful to write clearly and in capitals in order to avoid transcription errors in addresses. Thanks
